Shady system, I had earned 4000 units, cashed them out and got my account put on “hold” before I could even get my reward. Everything I did was 100% legit (no vpn no emulator and no auto clicker) and yet I still got suspended. Makes no sense considering all the rewards cost high units but the system bans you for obtaining a high amount of units? If I get my account back and my reward comes through I’ll consider changing my review.
Edit- Already spoken to the so called customer support, they just repeated the same robotic phrases and are very subjective into thinking I'm in the wrong and refuse to unblock me, they also let me know that they'll be "rejecting" my payment requests meaning they basically robbed me and even if you reply back to their so called customer service team they'll just straight up ignore you, quintessentially the worst customer support and system out there! Now I understand why this app has such a odious review and reputation. Note- I did not break any of their robotic rules, the system seems to just envy anyone who tries to earn more than 2100 units and block them. If a system like this exist, it doesn't matter how much money you've given away to the world as they would have been just petty payouts. Stay as far away from this subjectively awful company!

They are a fraud, you may be able to redeem a couple of low value gift cards, like 5 pounds, but when you trust and collect points to exchange them for better gift cards, they block your account claiming that you are supposedly using VPN, or using bost, etc, etc. that is, any excuse for not giving you the gift card. So you waste the time invested in this application. Of course the account is not reactivated and the points are lost.
Before making this comment, I sent an email to your support service and Charlotte only sent me the same automatic response that the system gave, also saying that the account would not be reactivated. I repeat, I don't use VPN, I don't use software or anything you say, I just downloaded the app on my smartphone.

Mistplay is a complete scam. I turned in points for two gift cards and got banned because I was using Blue Stacks. They could have told us we can't use it but they didn't until I made money for them.

For months or years I have been playing via Mistplay and I have never been banned. I've been using BlueStacks for a number of years as I'm half blind and can't see good on my smartphone. Now I wanted to redeem the saved points with an Amazon voucher and now it is against the TOS ‽‽‽ and has been blocked. Strangely, whenever people want to submit their points, the company finds some reason to ban people. Pathetic company pffff.

100 percent legit app but can be confusing to understand let me explain how it works. You play games through the mistplay app and get units or gems When you get a certain number of "units" (mistplay's virtual currency) you can trade the units for gift cards or a virtual visa. While it takes a while to earn units. Rest assured mistplay is legit. I cashed out a couple of times. Payment is processed to your email within 48 hours max.

This is a complete scam, I saved my points up for a YEAR!! Played the games every morning and evening like clock work.. and just when I try to cash out my points, they accuse me of FRAUD and close my account.. do not trust this, they will accuse of all manner of nonsense to get out of paying you. Jipped me out of a whole year of playing.
You should be ashamed of yourselves scamming people the way you do.

Why does my app (mistplay) only offer me Canada Visa card, I lived New Mexico, U.S.A.

I don't understand why this happened but it hasn't been 3 weeks since my girlfriend and I bought a new phone together. We both have Samsung S20's and just a week ago we both tried this app and everyday we'd play games from this app for a couple of hours. We accumulated points and got enough for a 5$ visa gift card. We both redeemed it at the same time and waited for 72 hours. After 72 hours or even less, my girlfriend got an email saying that she got the 5$ visa card from tango. I checked the app to see if i got mine and it told me that my account was in hold for violating their terms and service. I was really confused to why my girlfriend got her visa gift card and I didn't. I checked their website and found the article about why accounts could be on hold, but it got me even more confused because I didn't do any of these. I then contacted their support but received a copy-paste of their "my account has been blocked" article. I haven't been unbanned since. I know that this app is legit for others but It gets me thinking that they might pick people who to give their gift cards to. While people like me waste time playing games on their app, they're gaining money by the second and we don't get anything in return or we try to get something in return but ends up getting blocked. It's pretty much a scam. Google play reviews may seem nice but unless you use it yourself you'll regret ever wasting your time on this app.

Mistplay is a decent app. They have a decently wide selection of games to choose from Which they give units for the time played. Each game has a few bonus tasks which reward you units when you reach a certain lv, play at a certain time, etc.
Even with the variety of the games there are not many that are of interest to me. Most are generic.
The leveling process is rather slow and the higher your level gets eventually it's gonna take forever to level up to get units. If values are increased immensely when this happens it may not be bad but they
probably won't so they will need to keep adding new and interesting apps to level.
If you play five minutes daily for a week you will get 14 units and if you keep your streak till the next week the value will then go up to say 28, it is something.
Payout options are dull, only gift cards. Amazon, visa, etc. 1,800 is $5, not bad. I have paid out once a good while ago and seeing the reviews below I may have been lucky to have received it.
I would only reccomend using this If you want to pass time or their are actual games you enjoy in their list, making it more passive then. If clash Royale, PUBG or last day on earth were added to their gaming list, I would then be set even at the minimal values offered since mistplay would not be credited for the downloads and can't pay fully. ????

How this app is allowed on Google Play is beyond me.
Complete waste of time.

Slow-low pay, battery eating app. Would not recommend.

I really enjoyed mistplay and thought it was a great concept of making extra cash I have put nearly a month into this now and got nothing good from it they will block your account while you are waiting for the gift card to be processed please do not put your time into this for your own good as it's a scam and I'm very disappointed. I have also just emailed customer service and they said "You have broken our violations" they did not tell me what rule I broken as it's all a big very smart scam no one fall this as It has got me so frustrated not about the money but the fact that it takes a month (30 hours playing) to get a gift card to get blocked.
